Release Notes

What’s changed

  • Timezone changes made in the device dashboard now update Home Assistant immediately.
  • The dashboard now shows the complete device-provided IANA timezone list and confirms changes against the device’s actual state.
  • Selected timezones now apply the correct POSIX timezone and daylight-saving rules to the device clock and lighting schedules.
  • Web dashboard connection handling has been hardened so stale event streams cannot exhaust API or OTA sockets.
  • Inactive dashboard tabs release their event stream until they become visible again.

Contributors

Thanks to @eratio08 for the timezone mapping and clock fixes in #23.
